Are inSPAration products safe for all hot tubs and whirlpool baths?

Yes, our unique aromatherapy blends are specifically formulated to be water-soluble. They will not clog filters, affect the water chemistry, or damage the plumbing and equipment of your spa or bath.

Will these fragrance oils leave an oily residue on my skin or the tub?

Not at all. Our proprietary formula contains skin-moisturizing extracts but is designed to dissolve completely in the water, leaving your skin feeling soft and the tub surface clean without any greasy film.

What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via major carriers usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied with the scent?

We want you to love your spa experience. If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
